Processing Technic

 

 

Product Features: The compound is made of high polymerization polyvinyl chloride,environmental protection plasticizer,ceramic flame retardant,molybdenum flame retardant,carbon forming agent,polymer additives,etc.It has the characteristics of high flame retardant,low smoke and low halogen,self-extinguishing,fine fog surface,smooth feel,high temperature resistance,acid and alkali resistance,easy processing,etc.,widely used in all kinds of subway,power station,office building,public places,etc.with greater fire risk,to effectively protect the safety of human production activities,and used in petrochemical,steel,aviation,shipbuilding,military, pharmaceutical,food and other industries of wire and cable.

1.In order to obtain more ideal results,the processing temperature can be increased,and the maximum temperature should not exceed 190°C to prevent porosity phenomenon at high temperatures.

Package,Transport And Storage

 

 

1.Package: 25kg per bag,paper moisture-proof bag packing.

2.Transport and Storage:The compound should not be exposed to the sun and rain during transportation.It should be

stored in a clean,cool,dry and ventilated warehouse.If the moisture resistance fails,it must be dried before use,and the drying temperature is 70℃ for at least 1 hour.
