Processing Technic

 

 

Product features: Polyolefin has halogen-free,small smoke and heat release during combustion,non-toxic,flame retardant,fire-resistant,safe,environmental protection characteristics,the appearance of semi-bright surface,without irradiation can reach the heat resistance requirements of 70°℃-105°℃,widely used in home wiring,optical cables,network cables,power and control cables.

1.In order to obtain more ideal results,the processing temperature can be increased,and the maximum temperature should not exceed 180℃ .

Package,Transport And Storage

 

 

1.The specification is high flame retardant,easy moisture absorption,should be stored in a clean,cool,dry,ventilated warehouse.If the moisture resistance fails,it must be dried before use,and the drying temperature is 80℃ for at least 1 hour.

2.The most suitable extrusion temperature also depends on factors such as the compression ratio and length-diameter ratio of the user's extruder and the screw structure.

3.The radiation dose of the wire is based on the diameter of the wire,and the recommended radiation dose is 10 to 25 megabrads (Mrad).
